I wonder if it rains in heaven
I wonder if there are any tears

Because it sure rains, down here
I wonder if there’s pain in heaven
I wonder if you have no fears

Because there sure is pain, down here
I wonder if there are lies in heaven
Or if everything is crystal clear
I wonder if there are lies in heaven

I wonder if there’s hate in heaven
Or if that feelings never near
I wonder if there’s hate in heaven
Because there sure is hate, down here
But one thing I don’t wonder
Is if there’s love in heaven
If there’s joy and cheer
I don’t wonder this
Because there sure isn’t enough, down here
