Nutritional Advice

How stay healthy in a toxic world.

            My mother was 65 when she died.
            She had breast cancer and lymph node cancer
            as well as Parkinson's and diabetes.

            My dad died at 88 from alcoholic Alzhiemers.

            My advise is to eat in moderation and drink plenty of fluids.
            Am I going to be arrested? I'm not a licensed dietitian.

            I like to watch music videos on Youtube: Youthanasia
            and Lady Ga Ga & Tony Bennett, then I go bicycling.
            I'm not a licensed therapist either.
