I Want to Write

Thoughts on becoming a writer

I am a southern girl with a southern girl mentality.

I want to be polite, but I must write.

I want to please as I write and help kill a few more trees.

Writing is fundamental, but it is making me very mental.


This thing called writing is very hard.

I don't know what about it that keeps me enthralled.

Just the idea of writing is so mind boggling.

I think I would do better at jogging.

Somewhere in them lies my truths!

So I will keep writing, if I am not banded.

And, maybe just maybe, I will find out that I can.
