A society from heaven and hell
where nobody cares
how we really felt
about the people we left
and the people we killed

It's ridiculous to say in the least
we say and we say
that we do believe
though our science condemns
our social doings

a faithless man is one who is dead
but those who believe
are dying as well
and we're killing us all
and we can't even tell

That the words that I say
are a story of end
the end of us all
and we won't dare transcend

We're living on Lucifer's belt
where human souls blare
and human hearts melt
where god doesn't care
and we sit on the shelf

I don't know what to do to save us
the story
goes on without us turning pages
sometimes
I wish someone out there could save us
but I know we're gonna die
