It's not that complicated..

            Declare War on China and erase our loan to them.

                      This can be done by declaring war on Iran
                      and bombing them back into the stone age.

            Most people don't know that Israel has 300 nukes.
            If any country attacks them it will bring a nuclear war.

            All debts are erased in a World War.
            This is a violent acquisition of capital.
            And most of the banks will be vaporized.
