A silent storm..

            What is a nation built on?
            Is it the slaves, who moved the landfill of swamp
            where the capital of United States resides?
            Is it the faith in one nation under God?
            Or can it be the leadership that made a colony into
            a superpower?

            Perhaps, it is the ever watchful eye
            and to that end of heightened security there can
            only be a state of perpetual emergency.

            There are forces at work in the world
            no one can control.
            They are dialectical and chaotic.
            Resources are dwindling.
            There isn't enough fresh water.
            And unstable nations are becoming more dangerous.

            What would Jesus do or Buddha or Mohammed?
         

            I don't have the answer.

            Mass consumption will cause an ecological and
            economic collapse and force draconian measures.

            Perhaps, that is the final solution.
            Chaos.
