keepsakes and souvenirs

Keepsakes & Souvenirs

Particles of life
crumbs, fragments
glittering jewels
that faded with time
their edges blunted
broke and filled with dust
old objects with faded gazes.
Things that ones were
and fell from my body
when they became unnecessary
but precious still.
