His life has taken a sudden twist. |
| The groundhog fell asleep one day and slept a dozen days away. Disturbed by snores in peaceful sleep he staggered from the frozen deep. His shadow never did appear; he'd have to wait another year. A little guy flew past his eye with bow and arrow in the sky. The groundhog heard a plucking string, a pain was felt, a tingled sting. A heart-shaped arrow from above brought forth a rodent kind of love. A lady groundhog was nearby and thought he was the cutest guy. She winked an eye in flirting style, began to chase him for a while. She hugged him with a warm embrace, but he had found a different face. He wished the wispy clouds away to see his silhouette all day. A love revealed he came to know, his shadow seen upon the snow. |
