"Dream"

One of my major fears is going completely deaf

I was a doctor in a whitecoat.
I didn't hear anything, l was deaf.
I wanted my hearing back so I could hear the regular noisesof the day.
I was going to my office, hoping l could find a solution.
I was not smiling because l could not find a solution and all l wanted to do was hear.
I woke up and it was all a dream, but hopefully it will be a dream next time too.
