Remember as you live your life Each days a brand new start

~The Brightest Star~

Many times I’ve crossed the lines
Then searched for my way back
So deep inside my soul had died
From a superficial crack

Forever I have fought this world
Always quick to raise my fist
But my anger got me nowhere
Now I've walked out of that mist

I have put my attitude away
And fight with thoughts instead
The best way I can find the answers
Is to get inside my head

So to the place of inner peace
These wings began their flight
Delivered to the crystal palace
Where I stood before the light

My stories told upon these pages
While so many more remain
This is something I must do
So their efforts weren't in vain

Thanking God I turned around
He has sent me on my way
Silent he was always there
Just waiting for that day

So remember as you live your life
Each days a brand new start
And the brightest star that's ever shined
Stays lit within your heart
