"bowling carefree makes it a...delivery" - a poem about bowling risk aversion being valid. |
| Take a good aim, and stay close to same, And even though lame, it’s only a game; For every wise prophet has to take spit – Because hitting the pocket isn’t always it… You’re only as old as the game you are told – These instructors want gold, but end up with mold. Don’t learn too fast, and play loosely if gassed; If it’s not in the past, your humor’s a blast! Everyone blinks, while enjoying the drinks, The score sometimes sinks, and the one expert thinks; Later, we’re told to be impulsive and bold, Living positive’s gold, while being negative’s old… But bowling carefree makes it a must-delivery, For there can be no envy – each one must live free; But what echoes inside is a must-have called pride – Facts often guide, so now, go run and hide! |
