A poem portraying God's great power. |
| In His heavenly temple, thunder erupts from his throne, Angels surround him who sits as king alone. His light shines brilliantly with overpowering glory, And is endowed on high with infinite might and fury. Time upon time he gives grace and mercy, To those who are sinful, proud and unruly. For He loves all men who are born into this corrupted world, And hopes for them to experience salvation that he has long ago unfurled. One day The Almighty shall call the sleeping souls that wait, And on that final day the dead will rise and by his power shall awake. Hence we will be made new and rule as kings and priests, Over a different Earth and with him shall we then forever be. |
