Oh Darling...

The first poem I gave my ex-wife

Oh darling what can you do
things are such a mess
If only life were easy
and times were at their best
If I could change the path you're on
change your life and make you strong
You know I would because I care
and for you I'm always there
I am not perfect I have my faults
and fear and worry and lots of doubts
But when I feel I will give in
I look inside I look within
For in our hearts not in our minds
lie all the answers all the time
