"The Real Me"

In your spare time just what do you do,
sit around empty minded or do you try something new?
I myself let my mind wonder free,
in spirit and thought I show somebody me.
I do this with paper and pen as I write,
Everything inside me is now out in sight.
I do my real thinking in my poetry,
All you need to know is what I write about me.
I spend my spare time letting other people know,
how I express my feelings and let my thoughts go.
If you ever want to know about my life and me,
just ask to explore my poetry.
It's the way I express my real self best,
to put my words in poetry to a test.
I love to write poetry and don't create few,
ask me someday, I'll write something special for you.
It's the way I can express and spend my spare time,
others love it too and it doesn't cost a dime!
