feeling overwhelmed

Somedays I'm just so down in it.
Somedays I think I'll drown in it.
Thoughts weigh heavy on my mind
Weight on my shoulders all the time.
Treading water on thin ice, impossible you think to do
Feeling as if the world will never stop for you..
To catch up, join the game, not to be so stagnant
Paralyzed, I am inside, emotions running rampant.
I need to find a way to move to get my life in gear
Let go the hurt, push past the pain, remove the thoughts that got me here.
