SEARCHING MYSELF

sit silent for a minute and try to search yourself........

When i was young,searching myself with a raindrop on my palm,

i found myself reflecting so quiet and calm.

Searching myself in the words of my friends,

i found myself so boring,out of trends.

Searching myself in my parents wish,

i soon realised the goals i had to accomplish.

Searching myself in the mid of a noon,

i found myself tied as a hot air balloon

Searching myself in the sky all night,

i could see myself as a star shining all bright.

Now its been seven long years working in a job,

and i have someone in my life to share my wardrobe.

All these years i have been working aimlessly,

and in this run i got no time for my family.

One day suddenly my car broke down,

and then i decided to walk through the monsoon showers all around.

Struggling hard i once again had a raindrop in my palm,

and tried to catch a glimpse of me in the figure still so calm.

It showed nothing and slowly trickled down,

but still i could see my office building the roadside down.
