May God forgive me for not following His word.

A Sinner

God I have offended You forgive my soul.
I'm a sinner living under the Devil's control,
I broke Your commandments You have said.
Heeded no words in Holy Bible I've read.

I know You gave me birth and all I have.
Family and wife we've walk an easy path.
Why don't I follow You and sacred ways?
You give me love and such precious days.

Oh, God I want to become a Christian man.
Follow your every wants in places I can.
This sinner wants to become the believer.
Be your own follower and never a deceiver.

I'll pledge you my heart and soul forever.
I won't forsake you now or tomorrow ever.
Give me Your hand and show me the way.
I won't again be a sinner and I won't stray.
