" I Am"

I am a girl who loves singing and dancing.
I wonder what life will be like in 10 years.
I hear waterfalls in my dreams.
I see water dancing underneath my feet.
I want to be a good role model.
I am a girl who loves singing and dancing.

I pretend to be on stage when nobody's looking.
I feel the audiences breath.
I touch the dust of the spotlight.
I worry I'll break my ankle.
I cry when I mess up on a dance.
I am a girl who loves singing and dancing.

I understand I'm not perfect.
I say: "make a fall part of your dance."
I dream about being the best I can be.
I hope to dance for NYC Ballet Company one day.
I am a girl who loves singing and dancing.
