Sweet Scented Promise.

There have been days when you've made me cry, but I can't deny,
Its the days you make me smile I cherish.
People curse when they shed a tear and wish they were never there.
But when I cry, I know how much I love and care.
I know i've said a lot of things that hurt you when i'm upset.
But that's just me and I know you'll forgive and forget.
I've learnt to smile, I've learnt to cry.
But most of all, I've learnt to love while others pry.
I never want to quit without have given our love a last try.
I just hope, one day we look back to see,
How we value each other and how our life together has been.
I hold you close and wish on a star above,
that even on my death bed, you'd still be the one I love.
Though we make vows, and some promises we break,
I know that one that will always remain true till the end.
Our love, Our hearts, Our constant prayers, A bond that will never shake.
