memories carried on

death takes away ones we love but we carry on memories that alow us to smile even in loss

we take for granted the times we see each other smile,
and it's the little things that go unnoticed that are most missed when the time has gone,
in such a fast paced world it's a shame that tragedy makes us realize that life is not so long,
makes us pause and thank god for the times we had,
even if for just a short time,
it's the memories we have to carry on
