Monster Morning

what I feel like when I wake!

I wake up every morning, cold, like I slept in a fridge.
My bones ache.
I feel drained like I just ran a marathion.
My mind is twisted...I can't even remember when I fell asleep.
Or what day it is even.
I find myself sweating all the time.
My heart beats so hard, I feel it in my fingertips.
I try to keep my calm focusing on my breathing.
IN and OUT, IN and OUT!
But peace cant be held by a monster.
Not for long anyways!
