In the last few years in England there have been many prisoners found to be innocent, beyond doubt, of terrorism and murder. They have spent twenty years or more in jail for no reason. If we had still had the death penalty they would have been dead and the injustice never uncovered. In the USA it still exists. People who have committed heinous crimes, do they deserve death or life?
