You Are There

A comforting reassurance of God's divine protection at all times.

You are there each time I go to sleep

And wander into the deep.

You are there to lift me up

Above the dark shadows

Bringing me into the beautiful meadows,

Where I find delightful scenery.



You are there in times of sorrow

Giving my bones marrow

To stand strong in the face of adversity

Teaching me life skills at Your university.

No I do not understand the how's and why's

But I know You are there,

Whether in the low valleys of life or on

The mountain top....You are there!

For You are Jehovah Shammah....

You are present....You are there.
