My first sonnet. |
| O, free yourself into the air, My thoughts of grace and love For I have found my spirit bare Beheld by eyes suave. They fall as mirrors of the sky Upon my naked thought And paint onto my lips a sigh I have forever sought. Over the mountains, seas and hills Your flesh and soul roam free While carelessly your smile fills This musing heart with glee. Until the fire in our chests is lit Alone in reverie I sit. |
