The Sun and The Earth

comparing nature to love

The sun and the Earth
both complete opposites
yet needing each other.
As gravity pulls them apart
everyday, struggling to be
together again
And everyday, the Sun will come
to kiss the Earth
because without the Sun
the Earth will die
then he must leave
into the night sky.
Without the Sun,
Earth becomes dark
cold and blue
Until the Sun returns
giving her life, warmth
and the strength
to go on.
And I am your Earth.
And you are my Sun.
