Give me asylum from my mind.
Safety from my thoughts,
From my dreams.

Give me asylum from my heart.
Safety from all emotion,
From the hurt.

I need asylum
From the day to day.
Asylum to keep me sane.

Give me asylum
From the pain.
Asylum to calm my brain
