Four days in

A piece of writing that i have had for a few months.

Waking up at 5 am / Lying in bed till sick / my skin recoiling at feeling / dreading the minor cold and the wet of the shower / cowering under blankets, blank in mind / Wishing for anywhere but here/ anywhere but there / The LONG day / short on things to do / stopped the damage that filled the void / making me squirm as i force down some food / dreaming of amphetamine / dreams of nothing / cells scream for poppies at 1 / to feel life / to cut off the feeling / trivialized / wide open eyes at 2 am.
