darkness come to life

THE PLIGHT OF A DARKENED SOULL

My path of life is cloaked by dark
Thus have i faired for all my life
Endowed i am with peace at heart
Accursed i seem with lack of light

Come to us please, come to us now
Come to this place where souls are bound
These words i hear from out the abyss
These words brought forth by souls amiss

And so it is, my life unfolds
Cast to the night, left to the cold
Still i survive, through ain untold
Held by the dark to which i mould.
