The Elements

Air

                                                                                                                                                   

Wind blowing wildly around 
Sometimes not even muttering a sound             
Untouchable and as high as the sky 
A warm feeling that gives you the urge to fly.

Fire

Flame burning brightly allowing you to feel secure
One true light that can sometimes be obscure
An emotion of happiness as bright as the sun
Unstoppable and improbable and not easy to stun

Water

The being that helps others become spiritually clean
It aids others to make them feel serene.
It purifies them and is simply gentle
The feeling that is purely elemental.

Earth

The element lives through the night and through the day                 
Each of its beings will not be led astray       
All must keep a good grasp of toil       
Quiet and subtle as deep as the earth’s soil

Spirit

A representation of all life on earth
Each new experience leading to spiritual rebirth
All four elements equal this never ending dream
Each story of life will continue downstream
