Resolutions For Tonight

Resolutions I once thought to jot down at the advent of a New year.

Tonight I will be the longed King of Heavens
Unwanted by me.
Tonight I will overcome all my grievances
And search for glee.
Tonight I will discover myself
From the grave.
Tonight I will escape THIN help
Of someone BRAVE.
Tonight I will revolt to change
ME at first,
Tonight I will assure my range
Avoiding jumping thirst.
Tonight I will only think of me
For them.
Tonight I will start from the knee
So I claim.
Tonight I will throw shadowy emotions back,
To collect them never.
Tonight I will be blessed , no lack
To forget past forever.
Tonight I will meet myself
With a loud cry for help.
