how we sometimes struggle with ourselves

My heart won't let me stop loving you,but
my head asked why did you start.

My head says focus on me, for knowledge is the key,but
my heart,my heart says my love last for ever,who cares if your smart.

My head said who needs love it mess with our train of thought,when your lover hurts you i'm the one who comforts the heart.

Can we ever work together the Head and the heart.....
