                                                The Angels Cried...


                             They saw you suffer
                             They heard us pray
                             They saw us fight for you
                             and the Angels cried.

                             They felt your pain
                             It was never fair
                             We loved you so much                    
                             and the Angels cried.

                             Then they saw you smile
                             They saw you play
                             They felt your love
                             and the Angels cried.

                             They watched your life fade
                             They held your spirit close
                             They saw us weep with grief
                             and the Angels cried.

                             The Lord set you free
                             You crossed the bridge to peace
                             You'll live in our hearts forever
                             and the Angels cried.
