Another thing I wrote in high school apparently

Like the sun

Illumination caressing me

The vivid rays addressing me

On what I'm missing out on



Like the sun

Trying to push you away

Come back in vain another day

To dawn my mind again



I can never fully understand

Just how this light can blind a man

So I'll happily stagger on through



Seems no matter what I do

Can never think of no one new

My hearts an endless cycle of you



Like the sun
