something wrote for a creative writing class

The pain from these broken wings
That let me soared so high
Brought me crashing down from a lovely place
That I can no longer see
The pain from these wings will not dull till they are mended
In your eyes I see your pain from my broken wings
Wishing the pain you caused would go away
