Depression then meeting a new love.

Are You The One?

My days were filled with tears and depression,
My heart was warm but not for the living and
I wasn’t living.

Are you the one?

I didn’t look forward,
I just looked back,
To the days when things
Were going good and I was happy.

Are you the one?

Touch me, feel my heart beat.
Is it even beating anymore?
Or has it started over?
Are you the one I have been waiting for?

Are you the one?

I have to know your heart tonight,
Before I give away a piece of my life.
Are you the one to make my dreams come true?
The one to make me live again?

Are you the one?
