Simple note of heart's feeling

If only you said yes the other day
My life would not be how it is
If only you wiped the tears off my face
Maybe there will be another day

You didnt and now I have to live by will
To take on each day with my strength left in this body
I dream each day to take me away
But you wont
Because you never knew
