Love is more

Describes what all love can do and some of the feelings that I've experienced.

Love is more than silly hearts on a page
Or an exchange of sweet words between classes
Love is so pure and amazing that words could never capture it
It is a fire that warms the coldest hearts
A key to unlock the heaviest chains
It does not scoff or scorn
But encourages even the wildest dreams
Love protects during moments of weakness
And tears down the strongest walls
It brings order to calamity
And revives the most desolate soul
Love knows no shame or uncertainty
It does not reject or destroy
But accepts both flaws and strengths
And survives the longest storms
