about some one I used to observe

I sit back

In the shadows

Observing everyone in the place.

One by one they pass

Face after face

People in a crowd

No one real standing out

Until you walked by

Your appearance made me sit up in my seat

Nearly standing to my feet

When you came along

Nearly emerging from the shadows

Running across the room

Just to say
