A poem about trusting in God's faithfulness and promises.

Standing on His promises
Patiently waiting, hoping and expecting
For Him to keep His word, For Him to be faithful

Never has He let us down before
Always being better than expected
Always being pleasantly surprised.

Taste and see how good God can be
Still loving us even when we are at our weakest
Still loving us even when we fail
His love keeps us trying, His love keeps us growing.

Guiding us onto the right path
Walking with us every step of the way
Leading us towards the prize
Leading us towards the crown, the crown of glory.

Allowing us to come before His throne
Allowing us to ask and to seek
Confiding in Him all of our secrets and burdens
Reassuring us and calming us
Making us feel wholeness and complete in Him
