Not big enough.

Attracting attention is hard. Attracting the right kind of attention is even harder.

There's a screen between us,
like an unclimbable wall
and I'll never be bing enough
for you to see me.
You're so focused
on something so useless
that you can't even feel
beyond your walls.
You watch and watch\
but you never see anything
and I'm in the dark
waiting my turn.
But, I'll never have a turn
while they're around
because no one can fill their shoes
and I'm shrinking.
