Sleepless



Another sleepless night
can't control the thoughts in my head
all that I want to say
all that I need to say
but can't say
watching the shadows dance across the walls
as the minutes turn to hours
with no sleep in sight
tossing and turning
until I finally give in
sleep will avoid me again tonight
