Take me away from yesterday
Into the space of tomorrow
Knowing very well that I can glow
Take the pain away from me
Diffuse it in your melody
Cause I know you can hardly see
The fire that has destroyed me
Cause I know you have no clue
of the hits of pain that I go through

Take me to a higher place
One of hope and please replace
The blood that stains me
The blood that haunts my energy
I need a transfusion but not type B
Maybe you could infuse some life into me

Take me far from the past
Make me think happiness can last
Take me to another place
One without knives stuck in my chest

Take me into your world
Cause you don’t want to dip in mine
Cause you don’t know that deep inside
I was raped of joy and burnt alive
