Peace

This a rhyming and semi haiku poem which expresses my feeling towards peace.

                                                      Waking up today,

                                                  with a terrible nightmare,

                              of war and no peace was something I could not bare.



                                                    Screaming and crying,

                                                and abuse I hate the most,

                                                      was so terrible.

                                              Screams from coast to coast.



                                                    Opening my eyes,

                                              seeing how we are coping,

                                                    I am now happy

                                            we are doing more than hoping.



                                                    Waking up today,

                                              I realized something cheerful.

                                                Our world is amazing,

                                                    life is not fearful.
