High School’s done
Soon I will be gone
But have I made the right choice
To leave the voice
Of my love behind
Who seemed to be blind
Not seeing how much I felt for her

Failures can happen, mistakes occur
My mind is starting to blur
Has she ever felt the same for me
Or will we never see
Each others face again
Every now and then

Now I found out
That she’s the proud
Owner of a husband
Leaving footsteps together in the sand

My craze about her is still not gone
The job simply ain’t done
But far far away
Where I’ve decided to stay
I cannot reach
Her heart on the soulful beach



I should not have left my past behind
Now I realize being the blind
Breaking my own heart
Ever since the start
