A poem I wrote in high school about death at sea.

You took my love and buried it deep in the ocean
You rejected my love and left me behind
You abandoned my love and left it in the ocean
You left my love in the mass of the ocean
You threw my love into the foam of the ocean
You watched me float away never to be seen again
Why did you hurt me?
You stabbed my heart
I thought I saw you laughing as I began to float away
Why were you so cruel?
I will haunt you 'till the day you die
