The worst mistake?

I think this is only one mistake of many...

My heart shakes and my temperature bakes
The sensation of pain radiates my soul
This is no ordinary mistake
This is my life in a car wreck and out of control
Emotions I don’t want to own
You off on your own
Me here all alone
This is not how I had it planned
This is not how you have a happy home
This is the worst mistake we have ever made.
