Who am I? Bright, faithful, devoted,

Who am I?
Bright, faithful, devoted,
But at the end of the day
I cry and am full of misery.

Why do I?
For love, for acceptance, for them,
But at the end of the day
I have failed and am empty.

What am I?
A friend, a lover, mother and child,
But at the end of the day
I am only lost, scared, and alone.
