Horses



Graceful as a Balinese dancer,

Always willing to give an answer,

So beautiful they take your breathe away,

They are spirits that never want to stay,

Friends, companions, soul mates,

Their physiques are much sweeter than Arabian dates,

They are so much more than muses,

Though sometimes they have short fuses,

They are spirits, legends, that can never be tamed,

As we marvel, they are too magnificent to have their beauty framed,

And we can only wonder forevermore,

About the simple world of the horse.
