The Wind and My heart
When We met the wind was howling my eyes were blurred I just got home
Sitting in A State I just moved to and missing my life and feeling so alone
You were there on my computer sassy and and full of smack talking
Telling me about yourself and the sad lonely line you were walking
I was sad and scared myself being alone for so long and ready to give in
There you were sharing things with me, It was like a football game you wanted to win
Late into the night we talked and talked about this and that,saddness seemed to leave me
and to be honest I didnt want to let you go I was afraid you were just playing, that is how it had to
Low and behold six months later you stole my heart the wind is gone and looking back
I think about the time spent and miles traveled the learning the emotions that we never lack
