Through the most difficult struggle in your life, was God there for you?

Poll Question:
Almost everyone has a horror story of their own they could tell of their lives. Some feel they live in an every day horror story. There's no escape from a constant struggle. Some have turned to God for help. Some have found that help and some feel they have found disappointment in the search. I want to know what God has done for you during your most extreme crisis. Everything? Something? Nothing? What? I really want to know.
